For the past few weeks year 4 have been learning how to use ‘Robosapiens’, writing programs for them and sending them to remote controls. Pupils had the chance to represent the school, and participate with other children up and down the country, as part of the BIGGEST EVER online schools quiz! Friday 5th March saw SIJS continue its Futures Friday with a visit from Mr McAvoy a computer software programmer. The fascinating insight into his profession saw classes of students edit their first website and start to understand HTML the coding language of the internet.
