A warm welcome to St Ives Junior School website.
We are a very happy school where all staff work and learn together with our children, really effectively. We are a committed and exceptionally hardworking team.

To provide high quality teaching and learning and to raise the achievement levels for all pupils
We actively foster throughout the school a positive can do culture where resilience is key and lifelong learning dispositions are explicitly taught. Stickability really is the super secret of success!
We also aim to have as much enjoyment and fun in learning as we possibly can using characters and special people. There are more details in the Learning Zone!
We look forward to explaining further because we are passionate about Learning in our school.
In our Ofsted Inspection on January 21st & 22nd 2008 according to the new 4 statutory criteria, in place since September 2005; outstanding, good, satisfactory or inadequate – we are judged to be a ‘good’ school and achieved ‘outstanding’ in the following areas:
